Test Ride Terms & Conditions

To ensure a smooth and safe test ride experience, please be aware of the following:

• Proof of Identity: You'll need to present a valid Photo ID and proof of address before your test ride.

• Liability for the Bike: You are responsible for the full cost of the bike in case it is lost or damaged during your test ride.

• Personal Responsibility: You accept full liability for any injury or damage to yourself or others that may occur during the test ride.

• Health and Safety: By participating, you confirm you are in good physical condition and have no medical conditions that would prevent you from safely riding a bike.

• Pre-Ride Check: We ensure every bike is in top condition before you ride. If you notice any issues, please inform us immediately and return the bike.

• Our Liability: Nothing in this agreement limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
